My vertical ratio (running efficiency) during the run was 7.1%, which is slightly worse than the 6% at a faster pace (3 mins/km). It's a clear sign that I'm using energy to go upward, not just forward, while running. πββοΈ#RunningEfficiency
Just ran 3km at a fast pace, finishing in 11mins 48sec! According to my Garmin, my pace kept getting faster as I neared the finish, and my ground contact time dropped from 280ms to 200ms. Feeling in great shape! #Running#PersonalBest
