Terrific news from Korea today regarding the #RighttoStrike ! Congratulations to the transportation workers who took strike action to defend #saferates and worker safety on the roads, and their lawyers who successfully argued this case.
This case was complained before the #ILO #CFA case no.3439. ILO also urged GOV & competition authority to respect #RighttoStrike of all workers incl. owner-truckers. ALL workers incl. #PlatformWorkers shall enjoy #RighttoStrike, and be exempt from competition law

A Korean court recognized owner-truckers' strike for the #SafeRates as a Legitimate Strike, on 5 JUN. In '22 truckers staged national strikes. GOV. & competition agency decried it as 'illegal collusion' of the self-employed. But the court recognized their #RighttoStrike
