@airfrance I booked via Scotia ScenePlus Travel Expedia on 13th Feb 2024. Despite assurance from Scotia Scene Plus Expedia, my eligible refund for the full amount hasn’t been processed by Air France after 2 weeks. Requesting prompt action.
