A natural coffee from Odo Shakiso, Guji, grown at 2,000–2,180 m and produced by around 900 smallholder farmers.
The aroma opens with bright strawberry and tropical fruit. In the cup: ripe mango, red berries, delicate florals, juicy body, clean vibrant acidity, and a long sweet finish.
What I love here is the balance. It has all the expressive fruitiness of a great Ethiopian natural, but with clarity and elegance rather than heaviness. Sweet, layered, tropical, floral, and beautifully clean.
A vivid and dynamic Guji that shows exactly why this region has become one of Ethiopia’s most exciting origins.
