My neighbor, who I’m always giving bread to, gave me this handout the other day. “Maybe some of this can help you with your bread”

Danish whisk? Got one.
Spurtle? Yeah, I have two.
Bench scraper? At least 3 not including my bowl scrapers.
Scale? Three.
Weck starter jars? At least 8.
Bread knife? Yep.
Bannetons? A half dozen at least.
Dutch ovens? Another half dozen.
Bread slings? Four of those too.
Mine may not be as fancy as some in the handout but you accumulate this stuff quickly when baking a lot with disposable income 🤣

I've been out of the oats scene for a while, what a spectacular array of pre-mixed porridge bags exits these days, what a time to be alive, I've bought a box and am going to dip my spurtle in and see how it goes.

Westminster? Well,there will be one Hell of an explosion if they start using their spurtle to stir the porridge in Scotland,when they can't find a teaspoon to stir their own tea! They'll need to check out the styes in their own eyes,before checking in on others. Public purse,etc.
