#Isokinetics are often held a the ‘gold standard’ #strengthtesting. In truth, even when performed well, there’s inherently more variability in the measurements compared to isometric testing. Here are a few gallant attempts at isokinetic testing - and a few pointers to show where the protocols, and thus precision of the measurements can be improved.
