The “7-Step Problem Solving Techniques” training was led by Karsan Quality Director Mustafa Tükenmez. With 40 participants from over 30 supplier companies, the program covered root cause analysis, systematic solution development, and sustainable improvement through both theory and hands-on practice. Following the training, participants will launch their own Major Kaizen projects, and the best one will be recognized with the “Best Kaizen” award. 🏆 Karsan Academy is now more than an internal training platform it’s a space for shared learning and continuous growth.
