Excited to introduce the
DNSAudit.io CLI 🥳
It's a lightweight Go binary with zero dependencies, so you can run DNS security scans straight from the terminal instead of opening a browser.
Three commands so far:
- scan: a full audit with grade and findings
- history: pull your recent scans
- export: grab a PDF or JSON report
It plays nicely in pipelines too, so you can do things like dnsaudit scan -d example.tld -j | jq '.grade.score' and wire it into CI/CD. Works on macOS, Linux and Windows.
Built it for the people who live in the terminal: DevOps, sysadmins, pentesters, DDI folks. If that's you, repo and binaries are here:

The other thing I wanted to say out loud: I'm not doing this alone anymore 👇
Vikas Gupta and Rahul Kumar were colleagues of mine at SecurityTrails for over 4 years, and my brother Santiago Borges has had my back for almost 10 years, going back to my old web hosting company.
Now Vikas is leading the security research & integrations side, Santiago splits his time between infrastructure and marketing, and Rahul shapes how the whole thing looks and feels. A lot of what's working right now is because of them!
If you want to put it to work on your own domains, grab the CLI, request your API key, and run your first scan:
