I have to say this because I hate dishonesty: The DOJ and FBI did not “uncover” the Garland school-board emails. I handed this information to DOJ officials and Kash Patel last year. During that meeting, I requested a hearing for targeted parents like me and was told the issue had already been addressed. The Judiciary Committee issued a report—and then nothing happened. @America1stLegal publicly documented much of the same evidence again in 2025. I discussed it with AFL twice on Zoom just after. Why does that matter? Because as a targeted father and founder of Parents Demanding Justice Alliance (#PDJA), I was deliberately excluded from DOJ’s so-called “Round Table” last week, along with many of the parents most directly affected by these actions. It matters especially because officials sat on this information for months while families like mine continued to suffer. Now they want the public to believe they have been investigating this all along. The record tells a different story. Have you heard my January 2026 recording of a senior DOJ official telling me, “This isn’t a federal issue,” and, “We don’t negotiate with terrorists”? The issue isn’t who gets credit. It’s whether the public is being given an accurate account of how these facts came to light—and why the very people who helped expose them were retaliated against by DOJ and the FBI by being shut out of the conversation.
