🌟 Progress Over Perfection 🌟
Last week I took a big step forward, I got a gym membership and started building a workout routine. I’ve been easing in with pool stretches and light exercises, and honestly, it’s been incredible to have the pool to myself at 4:30am. There’s something peaceful and empowering about starting the day that way. 💪💧
Today is a rest day, but tomorrow I’ll be right back at it! What I’ve learned, especially from reading and talking with others who live with Fibromyalgia, is that movement is crucial. Even small, consistent steps make a difference.
I’m not at 100%, and maybe I won’t be. But I’ll take the improvement I feel today over the pain and struggle I was living with just 4 months ago. Progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s about choosing to keep moving forward, no matter how hard, by taking one step at a time. ✨
