I expressed dissatisfaction with @TherapyNotes and they told me if I don’t like it I should switch platforms. They know damn well it isn’t that simple. Are they going to help me export hundreds of files?

I’d hope that would be their response about *any* records release without the patient’s explicit authorization.

I've been tough on @TherapyNotes recently but would like to share that I asked them about their stance on a national autism registry. They stated they will not be providing any client information for such a registry w/o court order. Thank you for helping me keep my clients safe.
