Primary 1b are working on an Owl Babies #BookStudy. The children used the #ThinkingRoutine “I see, I think, I wonder” whilst looking at the front cover. They then used the reading skill #Prediction to predict what they thought the story would be about. #GlasgowsPedagogy@PPGlasgow
Another interesting @TLC_consultancy session with the effervescent staff @roathparkprm. We used the Chalk Talk #thinkingroutine to share thoughts on some provocations. The silent conversation was religiously observed 😂#curriculumforwales @RonRitchhart
So we did the @ProjectZeroHGSE CSI #thinkingroutine on the topic of moms. For one kiddo’s image of moms, she drew herself at different phases of life and then explained that she drew that because she always wants to be with mom, even when she’s old 🥺💕 #beautifulthinking#ece
So often I give my students a See, Think, Wonder routine without any sentence frames to kickstart their thinking and now I am regretting that! I am going to provide these sentence frames every time we do this #thinkingroutine now!
The Ladder of Feedback by Project Zero is such a powerful
tool and protocol to structure reflective #thinking, active #listening and honest #dialogue. Educators used it today to #feedback on each other’s action plans but this can be used by and with students.#pyp#thinkingroutine
