Taking a break when you feel saturated with game dev (which is normal)…
and using that pause to start another game: that’s true S-tier behavior.

Day 24!
Here’s what’s left: finish the Steam page, fix bugs, and complete a few assets.
I’ve given myself plenty of time: launch planned for March 2026.
That leaves room for playtests, fixes, a bit of promo, and a Steam Fest in February!

DAY 22!
Playtesters often asked for a visual cue when unlocking an upgrade or a new type of goodies throw.
Sticking to the racing theme, I prototyped a yellow inflatable arch.
Can’t wait to swap in the final sprite!

Fixed a bunch of bugs this morning!
For example: the crowd now spawns correctly when driving back and forth over already generated road sections.

In the end, it took me just over 6 hours to set up the triggers for my 25 Steam achievements!
Now it’s time to design 25 shiny stickers to place on the rear windshield :p

Before: basic goodies were ejected randomly from the truck → frustration.
Now: they’re thrown by a cute little hand, and the player can aim at a zone→ satisfaction.

DAY 21! I’m developing a tiny game: Caravane.
Yesterday I said 17 Steam achievements—turns out I’m pushing it to 25.
But wow, it’s a pain to code… you really have to think of everything!
