Oh Gemma that is fab! Well done you! Get yourself a towfloat and coloured hat and get into the habit of it from the start. When it starts getting colder you can get gloves and socks. Honestly it is the best feeling afterwards. Did you love it?

Backatcha #dookandabook! Me 1 lingering lurgy 0! 25mins, 11.6ยฐ. ๐ค๏ธ helped. Almost time to dust off the towfloat and swim across. Reading the new @MarianKeyes, kept this 1 safe as my copy of her previous book almost had a dook itself round the other side of the loch last time.

Gorgeous #stoneycove #nightswim with Charlotte - the water looked inky in the dark, reflection of lights on the water from near the bar was very pretty, and my phone survived being the torch in my towfloat.

My salty friend was amazing this evening as I swam across the harbour & out a few times. I was lucky to get the tide coming in. Great to see groups of swimmers this evening, as a solo swimmer I was glad of my towfloat as I was visible.
