Well, tillage has it's points and not. On our "magnesium-tight" clay soils (our 15th year Notill vs Till trialplot) we continously measure the worst infiltration on any tillage applied! Groundwater pipes don't lie. Pure stubble > markers float up fast after rain and vice versa!
