🚨 Everton are preparing a £𝟯𝟬𝗠 𝗕𝗜𝗗 for Chelsea striker Liam Delap ahead of the summer transfer window.
David Moyes has identified the 23-year-old as a priority target as Everton look to strengthen their attack, but Chelsea's valuation currently remains a major obstacle.
