99% of the time, UWP dev is fun. However, I'm disappointed when I need to use an API that Microsoft didn't fix.
I hit the same bug that was there in 2013: adding an attachment to an Email object does not work.
There are countless stackoverflow and forum issues on this.

Finally, @VSAppCenter enabled in preview for me the new virtual machine that supports @VisualStudio 2022.
I fought for this for 6 months!
UWP devs will be able to use the Roslyn Code Generation alias @SergioPedri's MVVM awesome work.

Impressive work by @SergioPedri and his teammates regarding MVVM Toolkit source generator features.
I just upgraded my project to use [RelayCommand], [ObservableProperty] and [NotifyPropertyChangedFor].
I removed tons of code!

Yesterday, I bought Parallels. It's pretty incredible to be able to install Visual Studio and deploy a UWP app on an Apple MacBook Air M1.
It took me 30 minutes to figure out why VS was complaining about deploying using x64 or ARM64...
You can only deploy using x86!!!

Please fill out the survey if you use App Center and especially UWP. It does not give me confidence they added UWP in this list. I just hope they don't plan to remove UWP support.

The cat is out of the bag.
I'm sad that Microsoft decided to put UWP in slow death.
WinUI is the future, but it is not ready and the migration will hit roadblocks as usual.
I hate that Raf was right all along.

Is Windows 11 stable enough to install on my work machine?
I essentially use Visual Studio for UWP apps, Slack, Outlook. I'm on a 3-monitor setup.

It's been 9 years that I haven't spent quality time with @dotmemory.
When I was at Ubisoft, I spent multiple weeks using the tool.
The new UI is great. What did not change is the challenge to find leaks!
I do like this kind of challenges.
