AIによってwebIT業界の人の仕事が減るといった今のところの考えと感覚です。 ふわっと話ですが マーケティング業界 今後めちゃくちゃ減ると思う。 データ可視化分析はほぼAIとツールに代替。戦略や設計については一般的なフローはAIだがそこからの改善やアイデア出しは人が必要。 システム開発 これは既に2割程度減かな。 ただし現場エンジニアレベルに関してはAIによって非属人化ができ、技術実装力もAIによって担保される傾向。 よって案件自体は活発にあるため2年くらいは逆に増えてるように見えるかも。 制作(動画静止画サイト制作など) 分かりやすく減る。今年中に顕著に減る。 DX 何をもってDXか？とても曖昧な理解が一般化している。助成金など政府の補償も色々とある為、2,3年は案件が多い。 が、DXする必要が無くなる未来が見えてる気がするので2,3年で必要なくなる。 と言った感じで未来これからのアンテナの張り方と個人個人の立ち振る舞いはしっかり考えないと。 年収450万の壁とか言ってる人いるが、今の時代に大企業就職して給与所得だけに依存する思考がそもそも古い。

昨日某webIT経営者の方と食事してて話してたんだけど、SEOサービスゴリ推しの会社これからどうすんだろうね？って話してました。 自社にスキルがなく下請けに流してる大手企業やそこからの発注で何とかやってる零細企業、怖いよね。 オレの下でインターンやるか？ ハゲると思うけど一通りの技術は習得できるよ。ハゲると思うけど。
