Hello, I need your support as this concerns my career. I was selected by FUSION BPO (WINDOW TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD) but couldn't start work on 02-08-2021 to 05-08-2021 due to financial constraints and the pandemic. I couldn't afford a Configure Windows 10 system and requested Fusion to provide a temporary one. Both Fusion and I failed to arrange the system, and as a result, they decided to let me go since I couldn't work without it. Despite these three chaotic days being added to my PF portal as employment, the company I currently interviewed with, has asked for valid documents proving I was not absconded. I submitted the documents provided by Fusion, but the current interviewed company found them insufficient. I visited Fusion's office twice, requesting their management to acknowledge the situation via email and provide a relieving letter stating I couldn't start work due to a lack of a system. However, two HR employees, DEBAJIT DUTTA & GOPAL HALDER (From Kolkata Office), declined my request and asked me to have your current interviewed company contact their department directly. My question is, why is my employment recorded as three days, and when we were trying to arrange the necessary equipment, why denying? If they are documenting it, why aren't they providing a release letter with the correct reason? I was not able to work due to lack of system arrangement. They said they can't provide release letter of 3 days then why including this in EPFO (Service History)? Why are you jeopardizing my future by not helping me out of this situation if I am in the right? I am simply asking for a release letter with the accurate reason. Please stop making this difficult for me. If I haven't absconded, I shouldn't be penalized for it. I want my country to help me on this 🙏🙏, I am requesting all authorities to please do justice. I do not have any big ask just a fair and correct letter nothing else. Please arrange a release letter with correct reason mentioning. I don't resigned, we both parties failed to arrange it. Kindly please give a letter mentioning this situation.
