Norway should be doing a lot better. Look at all those talented players being mismanaged. I just donโt understand ๐ฅฒ
WWC19 what a big potential they showed. Euros22 was a bit disappointing but they havenโt found their way up ๐ฅฒ
Since the first WWC in 1991, the USWNT has won a WC or Olympic Gold medal in every 4 year cycle. WWC91, Oly96, WWC99, Oly04, Oly08, Oly12, WWC15, WWC19, Oly24. Dominant.
It feels like such a minor comment but, the idea of a [half] US '27 WWC followed by a '28 Olympics in the US is just boring - four years between WWC19 and Paris24 and it still feels like too much France.
Which is a real shame because the Mexican half of their bid is such a vibe
Also Catley should have blocked the shot for the first goal. Amazes me how her defensive frailities regularly escape scrutiny such as Brasil's second goal at WWC19 and her two errors in the Olympic semi-final versus Sweden which both led to goals.
One of the best things about WWC19 is that we welcomed a number of other supporters from other countries to our meet ups. Everyone is welcome.
And if you are lone travelling and would like some people to hang with, please come and say hey to us.

The midfield of Yallop and EVE (and Logarzo) were mediocre individually and collectively at WWC19. The game has progressed in terms of speed and skill over the last 4 years yet they are under consideration to start. Baffling and shows the thin talent pool that the Matilda's have.
Prize money guaranteed to players WWC19: $0
Prize money guaranteed to players WWC23: min. $30k p/p
The way the players came together & sought this change just shows how connected the womenโs football playing community is, and how we can work with @FIFAWWC for change ๐ซถ๐พ

Collective action by #FIFPRO, its member unions & professional footballers around the globe has lead to significant developments ahead of the @FIFAWWC in Australia & New Zealand
Well I started following them off the back of the WWC19, went to a home game (then Tacoma) and an away game (North Carolina) that autumn, and then the pandemic screwed up my next travel plans, so I overcompensated ๐คฉ

But I just feel like after this WWC19 away beauty they figured out never gonna get something on this level and just gave up ๐
Watching RD scoring for lionesses after all these years begging the managers to line her up upfront feels like a big I told you so! ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ but in a good way.

Felt that it was time to bring out the 2018/2020 away kit, worn by @samkerr1 at #WWC19 when she scored four goals vs ๐ฏ๐ฒ in Grenoble ๐ช
like i sympathized with yโall after the wwc19 exit but if itโs gonna be the same story every time you get knocked out of a major tournament iโm ๐ด
