The company my dog did a board and train with called me back regarding my dog’s tail amputation. Basically gave me a 🤷🏻. Love paying a company almost $4k for them not to take a deeper look at something that caused him immense pain, and a hit to my wallet. Gretzky deserves better.

They were worried more about his training progression rather than take any ownership at all. I wasn’t even looking for financial restitution, I wanted reassurance they’d be better moving forward. Did not get that at all from them.
