Day 1 of my trading journey: $424
Finally had my account funded. As promised, I scaled down by a factor 20-100 from my previous YOLO paper trading. After today's success I will scale up significantly next week though.
Mainly $PHAT, $BJDX and $EYEN (in total 12 tickers)
Yet again nearly quintupled this 25k USD demo account. Live account should hopefully open this week sometime.
With liquidity and borrowing constraints I will most likely make a fraction of this on live, but I would be happy with even a tenth of this of course.
Nearly quintupled the 25k demo account today. I can't wait to have a live account next week. Fifteen wins, one loss.
Max unrealized drawdown was high today, -30%, but that should be put in the context of the 363% return...
Fourth day in a row of nearly 100% winning paper trades. Today I almost quadrupled my account.
On live I will most likely make a fraction of this due to slippage, HTB differences and scaling down to reduce risk of ruin.
This is on a 25k paper trading account (resetting daily).
Today I didn't have any realized drawdown whatsoever, and all unrealized drawdowns intraday (MAE) were covered by my other winning positions.
We will see how much I scale down on live, yet to be determined. If I get unlucky and caught in a short squeeze without good fills it'll be very painful with this position size relative to account.
Only one loss today - I misjudged the driver behind one price movement.
Apparently my live account will take another week to open, currently being reviewed... I can't wait.

Is it some Chinese social media boiler room thing, or is it an algo? They generally follow a very predictable pattern anyway.

I'm still on 25k daily reset demo account, applied for a live account yday. Follow to know when I blow my first deposit. (Will risk down 10x or more on live.)
Does anybody know where these Chinese stocks are getting pumped by the way? My first guess would be Chinese social media, but I know some people think it is some Chinese algo shop manipulating the price.
