A blast from the past from the amazing Rachel Wright Lyons! I'm thinking 20ish years ago at Cy-Springs HS?? Apparently, they had actual "photographs" back then. I'm not sure what Statue of Liberty w/ a banana pose is about. But, Jaime Cunningham does not look like she approves.😆

In a recent study, parents estimated their teen spends about 3 hours per day actively engaged with their phone. They were off by over 5 and half hours per day. It's actually 8 hours and 39 mins.
That's over 60 hours per week - just staring at the phone.
