🇺🇸🤯🇷🇺 "Trump has been kissing Putin's ass for years." A sitting US Senator. On the Intel Committee. Said it on camera. US Senator and combat veteran @CaptMarkKelly, in an exclusive interview, says Putin didn't just benefit from Trump's deference — he exploited it. And Ukraine is paying the price. "Putin has played Donald Trump in a way that has clearly benefited Putin and put the Ukrainians at further risk." This is a member of the Armed Services and Intel Committee. Not a pundit. Not an op-ed. That's not incompetence. That's a pattern. Full interview in first comment ↓ | Extended cut for X subscribers @SenMarkKelly

Keep in mind: Dmitriev going all in on the biolabs nonsense is his backing of Gabbard, who was isolated before she was forced out of a job. Ratcliffe despised her and wants ODNI diminished to the point of nullity. Ratcliffe is winning that fight. He’s also very bullish on U.S.-Ukraine intelligence cooperation. The pro-rapprochement Russians are in a sticky position.

An excellent article by Antony Beevor on Putin’s deliberate cruelty in Ukraine and how this is part of Russian culture, charting the long history of violence, torture, mass rapes. ‘Russia is a prisoner of its own history’ Beevor explains. washingtonpost.com/opinions/…

“Hungary is a lesson for Americans” - Timothy Snyder Is change possible even when the system feels rigged? Professor Timothy Snyder argues that Hungary's recent political shift offers a crucial lesson for everyone. If democracy can be reclaimed in a country where it seemed 'hopeless’, it is possible anywhere, including in the U.S. Watch this brief but profound perspective on why standing up for democracy matters. "Well, I think they're two very different cases because however one evaluates the Bulgarian one, we don't know how significant it will be, whereas Orbán isn't just a person or a government. Orbán was an entire system. Orbán was an example of how to build an authoritarian state from a democracy. Orbán was an example of how you exploit the European Union from the inside in order to build an oligarchy in your own country, and meanwhile make it harder for the European Union to implement any kind of sensible policy, and Orbán was, also, the center of an international network, an international far-right oligarchical network, in which Russian money was laundered by way of Budapest into Western institutions, including American institutions, American political action committees, American think tanks, and so Orbán's defeat, I would say, is extremely consequential. It has immediate consequences for Russia, for Ukraine, and, on the other side, it sets a positive example, right? Because Hungary is exactly the situation that you were talking about in the beginning, where you could say, 'Well, everything is hopeless. The government controls mass media. The government never seems to lose an election. This guy's been in power forever. He seems to know all the tricks. The elections are going to be unfair,' which they were. So, if you look at Hungary, from that perspective, it's very possible to be hopeless. But nevertheless, the Hungarian opposition, not only won, they won a huge victory, enough to build a constitutional majority and change the fundamental direction of the country. And so, that's a lesson for Americans and for everyone else. If this sort of thing is possible in Hungary, it's certainly possible in other places." #Hungary #America

Tulsi slapping a DNI logo on top of Russian intelligence products and claiming this is her work is not just a revolting act of plagiarism. This is taking a foreign psychological operation from a country that openly declares its desire for our destruction and repackaging it to maximize damage against the hearts and minds of US civilians. She is using a literal weapon of war designed by an adversary to destroy us and using it against us. If this is true. I hope she goes to prison for this. I am very careful about saying that, but this is next level horrible.
EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 @TulsiGabbard Recycled Published Russian Intelligence And Claimed It Was An Official American Intelligence Document In Her Latest Act Of Deception Days Before She Is Set To “Resign” As DNI 🚨 In her “Ukrainian Bio lab” document “declassification” release this week, I’ve discovered that DNI Tulsi Gabbard used graphics from official Russian intelligence documents and slapped an ODNI @ODNIgov logo on top of these same documents to present them as an official intel report created by the US government. Upon further analysis of Tulsi Gabbard’s most recent declassification related to Ukraine, I have discovered evidence that she is directly peddling Russian government propaganda. Here’s the evidence: Source: dni.gov/files/BIOLAB_Slides.… Slide 1 ironically includes an IC assessment that claims Russia will attempt to spread false narratives about the US’s bio labs in Ukraine, which is exactly what @TulsiGabbard just helped the Russian Government do. Slide 2 contains an AI generated map of Ukraine which is clearly not an IC product, and which contains basic spelling and geographical errors, making a mockery of the US government. Slide 4 contains the internal work product of an American corporation (Black and Veatch) that worked with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Ukraine. The Russian Government claims to have captured these documents during their invasion of Ukraine. The Russian Government then widely publicized these products in their own official reports in 2022. Gabbard’s political staff (not IC analysts) recycled published propaganda of the Russian Government in an attempt to spread false narratives while falsely claiming the slideshow she released this week is an original work product of US intel agencies. Page 83 of the following document presented by the Russian Government to the UN Security Council shows the exact figure that Gabbard recycled in slide 4 of her release this week. Source: the-trench.org/wp-content/up… Gabbard’s intent with this deception is to conflate the biological safety work being done to prevent dangerous uses of Soviet era pathogens (which has been publicly disclosed since 2005 as the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction framework) with bioweapons production so that Russia has another manufactured excuse to continue its prolonged war with Ukraine. Let’s be clear: there is no evidence that Ukraine in its longstanding cooperative program with the US has engaged in Gain of Function or biological weapons research. But what is clear is Tulsi Gabbard and her staff promulgated Russian intelligence products as American work, in violation of the Espionage Act. My FOIA request to ODNI regarding the production of these documents is being submitted on Monday morning. By law, ODNI has 10 business days to respond. I look forward to reading the emails. The Trump administration should order ODNI to take these Russian documents down today. This is embarrassing for the Trump administration. Nice to know ODNI gets their “intel” and their graphics from Russian intelligence. See photographic evidence below 👇🏻

Islam in Iran: Muslim husband smiles with his child bride’s severed head in public. Mona Heidari was sold by her Muslim father at age 12 into a forced marriage with a monster. Her Muslim husband beat her if she failed to satisfy him sexually, feed him, or remain silent. He subjected her to inhumane abuse and torture, enabled by Islamic authority. He tortured, raped, and inflicted sadistic violence on her, calling it marriage. She fell into depression shortly after the arranged marriage. At age 17, severely depressed and broken, unable to please him, she sought divorce and escape from Iran. He called his Muslim brother to punish her for disobedience. They tied her hands and feet and tortured her to inflict maximum pain, ignoring her cries for mercy. No one called the police. In Iran under Islamic law, husbands are required to beat wives for discipline. During the prolonged torment, the brothers mutilated her living body. Once she was too weak to resist, the enraged husband beheaded her. He then paraded her severed head through Ahvaz streets to restore family honor, showing pride. Like many child brides in Iran and the Muslim world, Mona endured inhumane treatment from her husband and family, who knew of her suffering but blamed her for failing to obey. Thousands of women in the Middle East and Asia are murdered yearly in “honor” killings—executions for dishonoring families or challenging male dominance. Muslims may view these Islamic practices as justice fitting the will of Allah. In the civilized world, they are crimes against humanity, women, and human dignity. Western leaders must not sacrifice women’s rights for political survival. Migrants seeking Western settlement must reject Islam’s Sharia laws or face asylum rejection. This is not a “cultural difference.” This is barbarism enabled by Islamic doctrine. The West has no obligation to import or tolerate systems that treat women and girls as property to be bought, raped, tortured, and murdered.

June 14 reminds us of one of the darkest crimes of Soviet terror. 85 years ago, in 1941, tens of thousands of people were torn from their homes and deported to Gulags. Many never came back. We honor the victims by standing with those who face the same terror today. Russia’s crimes in Ukraine remind us that unpunished evil returns. Justice is the only safeguard against its repetition. We must stand firm so tyranny never prevails again.

Beevor: Russian rulers have long feared that unless Russia keeps expanding, it will contract. Russia’s real geopolitical strategy should have been the opposite: accept Europe’s core security demands and integrate economically with Europe instead of threatening it since the 2000s. By doing so, Moscow could have balanced its power between Europe and China, selling energy, commodities and industrial inputs to multiple major markets instead of becoming structurally dependent on China and India. Instead, Russia chose to continue its expansionist policy That decision cut its economic ties with Europe, pushed European countries into their largest rearmament since the Second World War, accelerated Europe’s energy independence, and turned Moscow into an economic vassal of China and India.

June 13 is the Day of the (first) Liberation of Mariupol. On that day in 2014, the Ukrainian army freed the town of russian invaders and terrorists. By 2022, Mariupol grew into a rising star at the Azov shore. I hope to live to see the second Liberation Day of Mariupol.
