Same exact video, nearly 4x the views.
Only thing that changed?
Title thumbnail.
The video was already good enough…
it just wasn’t packaged well.
Most “dead” videos aren’t bad videos.
They’re just poorly packaged.
Go back and fix your best videos titles/thumbnails.
That’s free views sitting there.
