Like I said yesterday, terrible timing for Julien and the people at Hardbacon.ca. They finally surged with the Aug core update (after getting hammered by the Sep HCUX), but shut down right when the August core update started rolling out. Rankings and traffic jumped with the update, and keeps going up according to Julien (the CEO). You can read more on SER.

Every single professional who has defended Google to the hilt, gaslighted web publishers, visited impacted websites and micro-analyzed a single article, believes and supports the HCU, benefited financially by selling audits and services claiming you can recover, defended the leaks, defended the Googlers... ....should be ashamed of themselves. If Google is willing to conceal evidence via their employees, then it's not far-fetched that what happened in September 2023 was merely anti-competitive and deceptive. If Google's willingness to circumvent processes for regulators has reached a point where the courts are shocked, then it's clear they are not above lying to hardworking businesses and causing significant harm. Google IS the internet. Google IS a monopoly. Google does abuse its power. If this were TikTok, X, or any other social media platform, there would be far more "SEOs" angry about this. It's important to consider your side of history at this pivotal point in Big Tech history. Are you willing to challenge Google's practices, or will you be complicit in their actions?
