@att Service. Help. I cancelled service for primary line in October thinking it discontinued all services. Nope - as a 2nd line was left on w/o telling me, racking up bills. Called to refute and used the chat - no one has authority to reverse the charges, just to settle.
@bestbuy@BestBuySupport Help me. Ordered a wine fridge from you. Dimensions on your website are incorrect. Support sent 1 UPS to pick it up alone, but its 300lbs and said they do not pick up unpacked items. Pick up was cancelled. No one from support or online can help.
@bestbuy@bestbuysupport was going to reorder the proper sized fridge from you all, unless this is fixed will not use BB ever again. Your online and phone support both ask me to bring it into a store. How? Its 300lbs.
