I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year. ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls. Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this. But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail. They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI." That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue. They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing. And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner. (some reflections you may like) Most people think they need to know it all to get started. That's not true. ONE thing has changed the last 3 years. Expertise to enter a market has disappeared. Yes you need to have a baseline understanding but that's not something you need experience or study to achieve. ChatGPT and AI has completely collapsed the barrier of entry into many industries and segments. My partner, Lasse, posted about this on LinkedIn the other day. How we use GPT-5 Pro to do indepth analysis, research and draft extracts for us to deeply understand a market. Often as good as people that’s been in that industry for a decade plus. Markets and “rules of engagement” is changing on a fundamental level. You don't need to know it all to get started. You just need to know how to use AI to get the information you need. This is one of the greatest skills you can develop. If you know how to use AI to get the information you need, you can get started in any market.
