When you rush meals or barely chew, these are the outcome 👇👇
Your gut is a dynamic FIFO line of transporters & villi waiting for properly broken-down nutrients. Overload too fast (poor chewing, rushing meals) & the queue backs up → malabsorption, bloating, deficiencies despite "eating healthy". #NutrientAbsorption

Great insight, Ryan! Timing really makes a difference small adjustments can maximize nutrient absorption and overall wellness.

Pair nutrients smartly for synergy. Fat-solubles like Vit D need fats; iron thrives with Vit C but competes with calcium. Switch to bioavailable forms (e.g., magnesium glycinate over oxide). Mental model: Treat meals as ecosystems—cofactors turn waste into wins. #PreventiveHealth

Nutrient absorption is a queue, not a bucket. Your gut lining isn't a fixed tank that fills up to "X% capacity" — it's a dynamic FIFO line of transporters & villi waiting for properly broken-down nutrients. Overload too fast (poor chewing, rushing meals) & the queue backs up.

Sync supplements with gut rhythms. Magnesium at night calms inflammation; B-vits in morning fuel bacterial balance. Avoid random popping—pair fats with D/E for absorption, space iron from calcium. This isn't just pills; it's rebuilding your inner ecosystem. #Microbiome #LeakyGut

Vitamins & minerals don't cooperate in your gut. Calcium blocks iron absorption by up to 60%—a classic clash leading to deficiencies despite "healthy" eating. Space them out for better uptake. Your body thrives on balance, not overload. #GutHealthMatters

Ever wonder why your multimineral supplement might not be absorbing well? It's mineral competition—nutrients like calcium and iron fight for the same gut transporters, reducing uptake. Space them out for better results! #MineralCompetition #GutHealth #DigestiveHealth

Dump everything at once → absorption jams. Nutrients back up, some get rushed through half-used, others cause bloating, crashes, or get flushed out entirely. The fix isn't less food—it's smarter flow. #GutHealth #DigestiveHealth #Bloating #GutBrainAxis #Probiotics

Daily reminder: Treat your gut like a highway, not a parking lot. Strategic feeding > massive meals. Avoid the jam, maximize the flow. Your body thanks you with energy, gains, and zero digestive drama. #GutTraffic #AbsorptionJams #TimingIsEverything #NoMoreJams

One of the blessings of showing love to LGBTQ people is that straight people open up about ‘stuff’ they need a safe person to talk to about. Want to be safe for people in your lives? Be kind to the most marginalized.

"My mom once told me that she walked into a room where a couple of friends were discussing her, they didn’t know she was there. She shook her head, smiled and walked away. My mom also told me that she had a friend who spoke badly about her. She never knew that Mom found out, because Mom never mentioned it. She smiled and walked away from this friendship. She told me she had family who chose to shift her out of their lives, because she stood up for herself and stopped crossing oceans for them, when they wouldn't even cross a bridge for her. She smiled, shook her head and walked away. So I asked her how she could just walk away from people who betrayed her while pretending to be her friends or family? She answered that every time she came to a crossroad like that, she had to decide who would be going forward on her journey with her. This showed her who she could take with her and who she could not. She explained to me that you should never waste your energy being angry with a person who betrays you, even in the name of friendship or family. Just gracefully bow out and enjoy your journey with all of the new people God puts in their place." ✍️ Unknown Artist: Sylvia Jackson
