it's 3am and i'm sitting here with my cappuccino (don't judge, my life is lawless) just finished creating the mint page for
sky.luxury, and now moving on to coding the backend server logic that fetches and serves the collection's script from the contract, then captures, stores, and pins the token images to IPFS.
not to get too technical, but sometimes i wish the space knew and appreciated how much work actually goes into making and running a project like
heaven.computer, with so many moving parts, entirely on my own.
beyond the eccentric techniques i use for art-making, or
heaven.computer being a complex website made up of many websites within it, there's a lot more going on under the hood with servers and smart contracts that i am solely responsible for.
it is demanding, but i love doing what i do, and i love the ability to be involved in every part of a digital art craft that i've been diligently honing for almost two decades years now.
so, in a few days when the new collection comes out, i hope all the love for the craft, the art and the attention to the detail i put into it shines through. i hope for it to reach the people that'll find delight in the magical internet world i am building and the rather unusual ways i use technology to bring it to life.
in a night like this when work gets tough, i am truly thankful to have found so many of these people in this space.
now let me get back to it because this thing isn’t gonna code itself (the next collection after this one, however, actually could code itself, but that’s a story for another tweet...)
