We’ve made some enhancements to Live summary blocks, including that they now:
- are available in documents
- update only after you’re finished editing the description
- generate only when sufficient context is provided

Project checkups are now Project updates. Along with the name change, updates are now sent automatically, and focus only on progress and completed work.
