@MoCA_GoI , kindly take strict action against @AirIndiaX . I booked Business class ticket for INR 38,000. But when I reached airport, I received economy class ticket. Ground staff told that my ticket is downgraded. They must pay full refund for this unethical way!

Dear @MEA_India , Saudi Arab has recently reduced business VISA validity to 90 days from 365 days previously. It has created great difficulties for frequent business travellers like me. Kindly talk to saudi counterpart in this regard so that it can be restored back to normal.

I booked business class in Air India AI935. Upon boarding I found that my seat reclining and foot rest are not working. I was seating very uncomfortably for long flight of 5 hours. I got severe back pain due to this. Will @airindia refund my money paid for such poor services?

I took a train from Mumbai to Baroda in 2nd AC with hope of having some rest and a good nap. However too many Chai vendors enters in my coach every 2 minutes and shout to sell. I couldn’t sleep for a minute. I sincerely request @indianrailway__ to kindly stop this nuisance 🙏
