Then on the next project, ask them how long it will take to complete…
If they tell you a month tell them they have until next Friday.
If they tell you a week tell them they have until this Friday.
If they tell you Friday, tell them they have until EOD.
If they tell you EOD, tell you you will check back in an hour to review.
