🇺🇸🇮🇷 WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN THE DEAL WITH IRAN?
Phase 1: Immediate / Upon Announcement (Effective Now)
▪️Both sides declare an immediate and complete ceasefire across all fronts, including Lebanon.
▪️The U.S. lifts its naval blockade on Iranian ports.
Phase 2: Upon Formal Signing (Scheduled for Friday, June 19 in Geneva)
▪️The Strait of Hormuz reopens to commercial shipping (Trump: toll-free; Iran: under its/Oman’s management with possible “service fees”).
▪️The US issues temporary sanctions waivers for Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemical exports.
▪️No new US sanctions during the negotiation period.
▪️Iran commits to a temporary freeze on further uranium enrichment during the talks.
Phase 3: 60-Day Negotiation Window (Starts After Signing)
▪️The two sides will negotiate a final, more detailed agreement covering:Iran’s nuclear program (including the fate of its existing enriched uranium stockpile, enrichment limits, and nuclear sites).
▪️Broader sanctions relief (primary, secondary, and potentially UN sanctions).
▪️Possible phased release of Iran’s frozen assets (Iran claims ~$24–25 billion total; US says it will be “pay-for-performance,” not upfront cash).
▪️Other regional issues (still vaguely defined).
Key Disputed / Not Fully Agreed Points
▪️Lebanon: The MoU includes Lebanon in the ceasefire. Israel rejects this clause and has told the US it will not withdraw forces from southern Lebanon and does not consider itself bound by it.
▪️Frozen Assets / Cash: Iran says significant funds will be released soon. The US side insists there will be no major upfront cash.
▪️Reconstruction Fund: Iran has mentioned large reconstruction aid (hundreds of billions); the US has not committed to this.
▪️Missiles & Proxies: Largely excluded from the current MoU.
This is a short framework MoU to pause the fighting, reopen the Strait, and buy 60 days for serious negotiations. It is not a final comprehensive deal.
So this is where we stand now. Let's get that signature and see where it goes.

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 A U.S. military advisory just indicated that the blockade on Iranian ships leaving the nation's ports will remain in place until an agreement of the current deal is finalized on the 19th of June.
It warned that ships affected by the blockade must not attempt to cross until explicit direction is given.
Let's hope the aggression Israel has promised to deliver to southern Lebanon won't derail peace by then.
