The last time I bought some @mujiusa pens was 2016ish, and I finally bought some new ones recently. The only difference in 6 years: older versions (L) have a shorter tip vs the newer ones (R) are a bit more elongated. The new ones are a lot more comfortable to write with.

🎵 i can listen to music while working
🎙️ i can even listen to music w/lyrics without getting distracted because (at least for me) it doesn't conflict with my thoughts
🚽 i can go to the bathroom whenever

After thinking I'd never go back to working as a Software Engineer again, the universe had other plans. I started as a Sr. iOS Dev at @matterxyz 3 weeks ago, and I'm genuinely having so much fun. Youtubing has become a side gig once more, and yes, video on this is coming soon.

It helps that my team is awesome, I have a 4 day workweek, and it's remote. I'm still making videos, but without the crushing pressure of *needing to*, anymore. I'm going to take my time now to fundamentally recalibrate what I want to make online.

So who knows what the future holds. But I'm really happy right now. And I'm excited. And having fun. And I'm really glad that I prioritized that for myself this year (and really lucky that I could).
