1/ Tagging @drmbhopal @RailMinIndia What is the use of a battery-operated car at Rani Kamlapati station if only passengers are allowed but not their luggage, even when the luggage can easily fit in the vehicle?

6/ My mother suffered at the station because of this attitude. A service meant for convenience turned into harassment because of one operator’s behaviour.

When a customer has paid and still not received the food, the least they deserve is respectful support. Please understand the basic point: I did not receive the food, but I paid the full amount. That is unacceptable.

If certain colonies are not serviceable because entry is denied, then do not accept orders for those locations. But once you accept the order and take payment, delivery is your responsibility, not mine. Please look into this seriously.

Hi, @BharatGas @BPCLimited My LPG cylinder was falsely marked as delivered, but I never received it. Because of this fake delivery entry, I am unable to book a new cylinder and the app shows “domestic refill limit exceeded.” 1/4

Update: After intervention from the District Magistrate office, following my personal message, the gas agency called me to the agency and handed over the cylinder. The agency is around 10 km from my home, but due to the urgency, I had to go there and collect it myself.

I am also urging the @DmMadhubani to take note of this issue, because essential public-facing services cannot be allowed to function like this in the open. Awadh Gas Agency, Basopatti should be warned and appropriate action should be taken. 4/4
