The President paid to get the epic flyover UFC photo, and it was well worth whatever it cost. But stop to consider that he got this picture for free.

Dairy Gets DIRTY: Major Brands Quietly Swap Premium Pure Dairy for Toxic Additives! Sour cream, yogurt, and milk from the big-name brands you’ve trusted — Breakstone’s, Yoplait, Dannon, Kraft, and store favorites like Great Value — now contain far less real dairy than ever. They’ve been stealthily cheapened with polysorbate 80, inflammatory gums (carrageenan, xanthan, guar, locust bean), modified starches, gelatin, and a laundry list of additives — all while the packaging screams “natural” and “creamy.” This isn’t dairy anymore — it’s a chemical cocktail in a carton. Polysorbate 80 that punches holes in your gut lining, synthetic gums and thickeners that trigger non stop inflammation, hidden toxins quietly feeding chronic disease, hormone chaos, autoimmune flare-ups, weight gain, and the slow poisoning of America’s families. They’ve done it to Breakstone’s sour cream (check those reduced-fat versions loaded with gums and starches). They’ve done it to Yoplait and Dannon yogurts (modified corn starch, carrageenan, pectin, and more). They’ve done it to countless milk and cream products from major labels pumping in emulsifiers and polysorbate 80 for profit. All while the cartons look exactly like the pure versions our grandparents bought. They know most people won’t flip the container and read the fine print. They’re counting on your trust. STOP FEEDING THIS TO YOUR KIDS. Boycott the major brands like Breakstone’s, Yoplait, Dannon. Throw it out today. Hunt for single-ingredient options or make your own. Your body (and your family’s health) will thank you. Real food is the only food. Food is medicine. Change your food. Heal your life.

Genetically Modified Ketchup: Heinz Ketchup just got the “Contains Bioengineered Food Ingredients” label. Your family’s trusted BBQ and burger staple is now officially Frankenstein food. That’s mostly GMO high fructose corn syrup (92% of U.S. corn is bioengineered) sugars from bioengineered sugarcane and sugar beets that spike blood sugar, fuel inflammation, and mess with hormones & gut health. Plus a non-disclosed secret proprietary blend of 'natural flavors' that is kept from public knowledge. You thought you were just squeezing tomatoes… but you’re feeding your kids ultra-processed junk while the brand keeps the same nostalgic red bottle. Ditch it. Make your own in 5 minutes. Quick Homemade Ketchup (no HFCS, no GMOs): • 1 small jar (6 oz) tomato paste • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar • 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste) • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp garlic powder • ¼ tsp mustard powder • Pinch black pepper optional cayenne Mix until smooth. Stores in fridge for weeks and tastes way better. Throw out the Heinz. Make homemade instead.

Genetically Modified Mayo: Hellmann's 'Real' Mayonnaise now requires a bioengineered label on its jars. Less than 2% of each jar is egg...98% is chemicals, oils, corn starch, EDTA & thickened with gums. This isn’t food anymore — it’s a Frankenstein experiment in a jar. GMO corn, seed oils that inflame your arteries and disrupt hormones, EDTA that leaches minerals from your body, and synthetic gums that wreck your gut lining. Every spoonful is quietly feeding chronic disease, autoimmune chaos, and the slow poisoning of America’s families. They slapped a “bioengineered” warning on it like it’s no big deal — because they know most people won’t read it. Hellmann’s sold its soul for profit while we were busy trusting the brand our grandparents used. STOP FEEDING THIS TO YOUR KIDS. Boycott it. Throw it out. Make your own in 60 seconds with real ingredients. Your body will thank you. Quick Homemade Butter Mayo (Immersion Blender – makes about 1 cup) Ingredients: - 1 large egg (room temperature) - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (or prepared mustard) - ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste; use ½ tsp if butter is unsalted) - 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled slightly to warm (not hot) Directions: 1. Place the egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt in a tall narrow jar or container that just fits your immersion blender head. 2. Insert the immersion blender to the bottom and blend for a few seconds until combined. 3. With the blender running, slowly pour in the melted butter. Move the blender up and down gently as it thickens into creamy mayo (about 30-60 seconds total). 4. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

The avocado oil bottle in your cupboard, the one with the little silhouette on the label, the one you paid ÂŁ8 for because you'd done your research and you weren't going to be fooled by Big Seed Oil. A 2020 UC Davis study tested commercial avocado oils. 82% were rancid or cut with cheaper oils. Three bottles sold as "pure extra virgin" were near-100% soybean. The bottle said avocado. The bottle was soy. You paid ÂŁ8 to avoid soybean oil. You bought soybean oil. And the punchline, the real one, the one nobody in the wellness aisle wants to mention: even when it's the real thing, avocado oil is still 13% polyunsaturated fat. Beef dripping is 3%. Costs ÂŁ3.20. Cannot be faked because nobody bothers. The dripping was the answer the whole time, in the chiller, where the pensioners shop. Nobody put it on Instagram.

Over 725,000 restaurants and foodservice operators across the United States get their ingredients from Restaurant Depot The vast amount of their foods and ingredients are highly processed, ultra-processed, and full of additives - Bulk coffee creamers with Titanium Dioxide and loaded with industrial seed oils - Fake olive oil, it’s only 1% EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil blends) Mostly soybean/canola seed oils with artificial coloring and flavoring to mimic real olive oil - Pre-fried Fries that are already deep-fried in seed oils (soybean, canola) before arriving at the restaurant. The fryer oil choice becomes irrelevant since the damage is pre-done - “Grilled” and Binderized Chicken (pre-marinated/pre-cooked) basically frozen chicken products pumped with seed oils, binders, fillers, and additives. Marketed as healthy grilled options but heavily processed - Egg Shade / Yellow Food Coloring
Intense yellow dye added to fried rice, scrambled eggs, or dishes to make them look fresh and vibrant (mimicking turmeric or real eggs). No ingredients transparency on many bulk versions - Butter-flavored oils or “Butter” alternatives
Cheap seed oil blends with artificial butter flavoring used in breakfasts, sauces, and cooking. Common in “high-end” looking dishes. - Deli Meats with Nitrates/Nitrites & Fillers
Pre-sliced processed meats high in preservatives, often used in sandwiches and salads. - Fake “Premium” Sauces & Dressings
Bulk salad dressings, marinades, and sauces made primarily with seed oils, high-fructose corn syrup, and artificial flavors/colors. The list goes on and on and on Against these items are being sent to over 750,000 restaurants. If we want to Make America Healthy Again we have to take down toxic supply chains like this

Here's a lawsuit filed today about "the Ferrari or Prada of canned tomato varieties." We're talking about San Marzano tomatoes, of course. California consumers say that Cento Fine Foods falsely advertises its tomatoes as being "Certified San Marzano." The tomatoes allegedly are "inauthentic, and indeed illegal in Italy." ICento was ejected from the Italian Consortium that approves San Marzano tomatoes in 2011. The Consortium "is the only entity which can certify and approve San Marzano tomatoes." Following an Italian police raid of Cento's operations in 2010, a manager was convicted of criminal fraud for selling counterfeit tomatoes. Yet Cento continues to give the "false impression that [its product] contains Consortium certified San Marzano tomatoes."

American foods are cleverly changing their names because they no longer qualify as that legal food - Pringles used to be potato chips, now they’re labeled as “potato crisps” per FDA rules - McDonald’s Shakes are now called “shakes” (not legally milkshakes in some states) - Klondike Bar is no longer a chocolate shell, it’s a Chocolatey shell (not real chocolate) - Dairy Queen: All items are “treats” (no “ice cream” on the menu) - Oreo changed the spelling to “creme” (alternative spelling, not real cream) - Tyson changed spelling to “Wyngz” (It’s a processed chicken labeling trick) - Costco Blueberry Bagels labels as Imitation blueberry bagels (no actual blueberries) - Pearl Milling Company Syrup (formerly Aunt Jemima) Now ‘Original syrup’ not maple syrup. The first ingredients is corn syrup Our food is a science experiment Make America Healthy Again

Last week I randomly got a $9,000 bill for a hospital visit from last year. I called them up and they said my insurance decided not to cover it. Why? Because. .@Aetna can just decide they’re not interested in covering something and then you’re left with an inflated bill to pay out of pocket after the fact. This is in addition to a $2,000 bill that I already paid. They just don’t want to cover it despite me paying a monthly premium. Meanwhile illegals get free healthcare. Honestly fuck you @Aetna. I’m gonna do everything I can to destroy you.
It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.
