Speaking up at full Council today. I'm pleased that Belmont Road was cleared of weeds last week, but now is the time to check the safety of the corroded and disintegrating railings, which are there to protect pedestrians.

Today the mantle of the Mayoral post was handed from Cllr Kevin Tillett to Cllr Dan Powell.

This is such sad news for our entire @LibDems and @WelshLibDems family.
Jenny was a true force for good in our Lords team and as a minister in Cardiff Bay and Westminster. She was dedicated, kind and respected.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

Our hearts are full of grief and sadness today at the passing of our own Jenny Randerson.
Jenny was a great friend and colleague to us all, and worked so hard for the Lib Dem group in the Lords, as she'd done for the Party the whole of her life.
She was one of the very best.
