Pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with @Mansoura1968 to strengthen @WHO-@religions4peace efforts on promoting health; enabling whole-of-society responses to health crises & including faith actors in emergency preparedness & response. Together, for health & peace.
Yes I have experienced this very strongly, while working with @WHO colleagues as part of an amazing multi-sectoral group, on FBO engagement, #Covid19 responses & future pandemic preparedness. Led by @hess_se & @SallyLynnSmith, & involving @Mansoura1968, @patlakath & @winiger_uzh
This work, in turn, resulted in an amazing series of events that I was proud to be associated with. This body of work also allowed for full, free & fair engagement of ideas, which caused alliances for peace (& of course, better health).
