Many families and pet owners feel frustrated in their search for a rental home.
We found nearly 1/4 of adverts on OpenRent suggested families weren't welcome, and that almost 3/4 on the same site excluded pets.

Most listings on OpenRent and SpareRoom do not welcome so-called "DSS" renters.
And thousands of places on Zoopla and Rightmove seem open to benefits claimants, while the same property advertised on OpenRent excluded them.
