everyone treats llm-optimized docs like a 'nice to have' vitamin, until they realize: - 70% of support tickets = doc problems - dev onboarding takes 3x longer than it should - ur mcp based ai agents are confidently wrong

Documentation has moved up the stack. before: api reference-> human figures out integration-> human codes after: intent mapping -> LLMs read graph -> LLM executes intent-first docs.
