Anciently, @hidsef had three students compete at #ISEF2008 with Chad Higa, Kelson Lau, and Nolan Kamitaki from @WaiakeaHigh. Dr. Chad now teaches at @WaiakeaHigh and on the steering committee for @hidsef.

And in 2019, Jared Goodwin earned an ISEF bid at the State fair and joined @hidsef winners, Shwe Win and Elizabeth Atkinson, all from @HiloHighSchool at #ISEF2019. It was at that fair that Elizabeth secured her spot to @swarthmore.
