I always wonder how hi-impact would have looked if it had existed in the 80s, and we were dealing with BBC Bs, Econet networks, and 20MB Winchester drives that held everything!

For the first time in over 50 years, humans are Moonbound. At 6:35 p.m. EDT (2235 UTC) NASA’s Space Launch System rocket and the Orion spacecraft lifted off from the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, sending four astronauts on a planned test flight around the Moon and back. go.nasa.gov/4tlRfRS

There's a lot of Windows 3.1/95/98/2000 and XP in modern versions of Windows, if you dig around a bit
In fact, you can find legacy features, including dialog boxes from Windows 3.1, in Windows 11 😁

Memory management in MS-DOS was a nightmare, squeezing every last kilobyte out of that 640k to get games running took patience!..and then there was extended and expanded memory! At least for Win95 onwards - your RAM was treated as one block!

We're aware that Securly has had issues throughout the day, but has just gone down again in the last few mins (as of 1pm) This is a worldwide outage, and we have no ETA for a fix.

Keeping safeguarding records consistent and up to date can be challenging when information sits in different systems. StudentKeeper’s two-way integration with CPOMS removes that barrier. Notes and captures can be submitted directly into CPOMS, with updates flowing back into StudentKeeper so nothing is missed. Autofill speeds up reporting, timestamps add clarity, and independent capture logs provide full audit visibility. It gives safeguarding teams a smoother, more reliable workflow — reducing duplication and supporting quicker, more informed responses for pupils.
