Every re run of the azores episode I have seen edits out the part @Bourdain talk about suicide. As someone that has been 1 step away from death - i found solace in that unedited episode. I want an explanation

Dear Dead Dad - I feel the absolute most like you when I go to get a fountain soda and no one is looking - I take a big long guzzle...usually followed by a mental "ahhhhh" before filling back up to the top. I think I will forever cherish this action (when appropriate) <3
