2:00 PM: Announcement drops. Price spikes violently in one direction.
2:01β2:15 PM: Algos fighting. Do NOT trade here.
2:15 PM: First clear direction established.
2:30 PM: Powell begins press conference.
2:30β3:00 PM: Real move begins based on tone of press conference.
The money is in step 5.
Most traders lose it in step 1.
Be patient. Be flat until 2:15. π―
