Worst part of bootstrapping a SaaS on the side: momentum is 100% dependent on your time. I'm experiencing that heavily this week. @itsjustamar's advice: start simple with a VA to generate leads. It's a small but effective step on the path to scaling.

Without officially launching Holler, it's pretty clear that cold email is an incredible acquisition channel. It's super manual but a great way to get the flywheel of organic acquisition going. It's also one of the most rewarding approaches as I get to connect with individuals.

Nearing a public launch of Holler Been grinding away on weekends and nights. One thing is clear: with the indie hacker “lifestyle” you really need to believe in your own vision because it’s a lot of alone time at the keyboard 😂

WHY are you learning to code? In the grand scheme of things the language or framework doesn’t matter. What matters is why... I’m coding to build a product that can provide me with lasting financial security. Why do you code? #100DaysOfCode #CodeNewbie

5/ So finally, start small and stay focused and don't go off message as you mention. I ran into that issue when I sold my publishing business and now the engagement on my personal account has been really low 😭
