@CrossCountryUK so yet again you lock 4 coaches out of use on the 17.41 Birmingham international to Manchester train from New Street. From a comfortable journey to a journey from hell. Surely this should have been communicated at International as you already new this.

1/2@EastMidRailway so how do i make a delay repay claim your online form is impossible. My itinerary was depart Manc Oxford Road at 17.38 change at Sheffield and Derby arrive Beeston 19.51. But doesn't give me this option. The only option it gives me is the journey i had to do

2/2 which was change at Nottingham arrive Beeston 2017 giving a delay of 26 minutes. Do you make the process deliberately impossible it was your train from Manchester that was delayed.

@EastMidRailway can I make a suggestion to the staff at Nottingham station when a train has a platform alteration they inform the passengers. The 06.17 @northernassist Leeds service was changed with 4 minutes to go only spotted that it had gone to 4a. No proper announcements.

Were made. Hope everyone made it. And to the station staff on 4a show some interest when a suggestion is made that you need to do a proper platform alteration announcement. At least the Northern staff are friendly. Bearing in mind platform 1a to 4a is a marathon not very good

@northernassist a quick tweet of praise did a return trip today Nottingham to Keighley 4 Northern trains all on time 3 new trains and the 1 older train all spotless friendly guards. The services were 08.17 Nott to Leeds 10.26 leeds to keighley 1709 keighley to leeds

@WillRogersEMR 1/2 well as you appear to be the MD for EMR can I thank you for increasing my weekday commute by 60 minutes from Monday and my Sunday journies by over 2 hours to care for a relative. You think theese changes with 2 days notice are acceptable.

2/2 Am sorry you have ruined what was a great train operator and gone back to the dark days of Central Trains. About time you came out and met passengers to see how your appalling service is ruining lives due to poor management. Ao much for the customer focussed railway promise.

@trentbartonland how are the new buses on the Indigo an improvement the ride quality is appalling and the rattles are far worse already on 3 day old buses. And this every time the doors open the bus shuts down and restarts when the doors are closed makes for an unpleasant journey

due to the vibrations every time it restarts. And add the lack of ventilation from the pathetic windows bring back the old buses.

@CrossCountryUK after my tweets earlier about the Tamworth Nottingham service it appears from looking at data that after 16:07 only one train ran to Nottingham including a 4 hour gap do you think this is acceptable

You are in breach of your franchise agreement please do not give me the customer relations crap as we all know management run the twitter feed at this time. Here is an idea perhaps you should be tried to be guards like at other tocs as make sure you run a service

I was looking at time around 18.00 every time is showing as bus replacement except at 18.37 when it is claiming a train is running so i assume that is an error sheffield to Manchester. x.com/EMTrains/status/948871…
