Given we only have 10 races this year, it is worth highlighting that it’s 6 races to count for individuals league and 8 to count for teams? (Instead of the usual 12 races, 7 individual, 9 teams)

Some sad news. Mike Williams the Hampshire Athletics Secretary died suddenly last Tuesday evening. Mike was Havant AC Secretary, a County official and held those positions since the early 1980s. Mike regularly officiated at Road Races. He is sadly missed by the running community.

OVERTON 5 entries close at midday today so enter now so you don’t miss out. No entries on the day. If entered please read Race Instruction. Of note, there will be no water on the course. Water at finish. Looking forward to Sunday.

Lordshill 10k date change: now Sunday 14th June. Entries open soon, first on HRRL facebook group page. Race start/finish have moved, but the same overall course as previous- fast, PB-friendly. The race has a fantastic new HQ at Oasis Academy & even better facilities than before.

Congrats to 1,018 ladies and 1,292 men who finished 6,353 runs for their clubs in this season's league races!

an HRRL athlete request: a cardiac study in endurance athletes taking place in London, needing a few more subjects to complete the study. Involves 3 trips to London the 1st of which is on a weekday, the other two at weekends… and you get your VO2 max measured...
