Week 2 begins! Well done everyone on stepping through Wk 1. Did you know walking 7k-10k steps everyday or walking briskly for 30 minutes, 5 days a week can reduce your risk of heart disease by 50%, lower risk of stroke and some cancers. #HSEStepsChallenge.
We are off! Steps kicks off today so get moving and tracking your steps! Aim to reach 10k steps a day. Try get in extra steps during your breaks. Each 5 mins bout adds up & by the end of the 5 weeks you will achieve this goal regularly! Good luck everyone 👟👣
