Just to clear things up when I talk about how exercise is so good for u sone think I mean u have to train like an athlete and that can be off putting when reality a simple walk in the fresh air can do and donโt worry about the rain our skin is waterproof we wonโt rust

Nearly 1 in 3 unpaid carers say they are struggling to make ends meet. Today, along with 130 other members of the #CarerPovertyCoalition, we are calling on all political parties to take action to end poverty amongst unpaid carers.
